The world's tallest man gets married (and so will I)

Bao Xishun is the world's tallest man, measuring up to a mighty 2.36 metres (or 7 feet 8.95 inches if that's the way you prefer your measurements). In his native Mongolia, he's a herdsman, but since January 2005, when Guiness World Records announced that he's a whopping 2mm taller than the previous world record holder, he's been a busy man: last December, he saved the lives of two dolphins by pulling plastic from their gut; and now, he's married!

Now I may not be 2.36 metres tall, I may not be a herdsman and I may never have stuck my hand down a dolphins' throat, but I'm pleased to announce that I will be getting married.

This Thursday in fact :)

So as you can imagine, I won't be around to post in this blog for the next few weeks. That said, I'm sure Sam can pull out the occasional humorous YouTube video to entertain you.

As for me, I'm off and away!

Whoa!!! Congratulations Dr. Pepper!!!!!!!! That explains the quick trip to OZ that brother Sam just made... Are they letting you out of the Daams Dungeon of the Doomed for a honeymoon too? (If not - think the end scene from The Graduate and RUN very quickly! The bus will wait for you!!) Did Sam give you his inflatable whale to take along?? Or maybe an inflatable dolphin so you can rescue it?

Again, congrats and may your both have a wonderful life together!! (Hope she doesn't mind the Dungeon... It does seem to have a mini-bar in it so that's a plus!) Cheers!!
